ABOUT NADIA RAZI

I am an educator and lifelong learner who has devoted over a decade to equity and social justice. 

I have experience with both the policy and practice of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts. Through my work developing and implementing cultural proficiency curriculum, leading professional development for educators of all positions, as well as enacting equitable policy change at the state level, I have devoted years to understanding what safe and culturally-affirming spaces look and feel like. I look forward to the challenge of transforming our workplaces into environments where everyone feels a sense of belonging and empowerment.
